Two senior executives join Board as agency scales-up international presence
SCOTTISH branding agency, MadeBrave, has today announced the addition of two new board members, healthcare specialist Jenny Plant and former WPP Team Leader, Philip Lancaster.
The duo, together with existing board members, COO Stephen Weir and CFO Mark Probert, will help guide MadeBrave as it works to grow its international presence and sustain its position as one of the world’s leading strategic brand agencies.

Jenny Plant joins the board with 30 years experience in marketing and advertising having led Publicis LifeBrands, the London-based global hub for Publicis Healthcare Communications Group, and other senior healthcare comms roles for Havas Health and Sudler & Hennessey. Philip Lancaster comes with more than 35 years of global client leadership, having held senior roles with WPP, JWT and the Bates Group.
Jenny’s core role will be to bring her vast account management expertise to MadeBrave’s Client Services team. Philip, who brings with him extensive experience working with some of the largest and most reputable brands in the world, commented, “I am delighted to be joining the board.
