LEADING retail and leisure destination, Silverburn, has transformed into a haunted haven this Halloween, promising a hair-raising experience for guests.

The centre is currently hosting its annual Spooktacular funfair along with a bubbling witches’ cauldron photo opportunity for guests to enjoy throughout the month of October.

Running until 29 October, Silverburn’s Green Car Park has been transformed into ‘Spooktacular’, a Halloween funfair complete with thrilling rides, spooky games, and delightful treats for all ages. From haunted ghost trains to spine-tingling bumper cars, Spooktacular promises an adrenaline-pumping experience that will leave attendees on the edge of their seats.

The Halloween festivities are continued indoors with a bewitching installation that’s perfect for social media enthusiasts. A larger-than-life witches’ cauldron is stationed outside Next, providing the ideal backdrop for guests to snap a spooky selfie.

A range of the centre’s stores have also embraced the spooky season, offering a variety of Halloween costumes and accessories, or themed confectionary, including the toffee apple themed Pumpkin Patch, and the werewolf themed Howl’oween at Kristy Kreme.

The 14 screen Cineworld is also on hand to help guests get into the witching mood, with a frightful range of the seasons top films including Saw X, The Nun II and A Haunting in Venice.

On Friday 13th, the centre unveiled 10m long tentacles breaking out of its roof as part of its Halloween celebrations.

David Pierotti, general manager of Silverburn said: “We are inviting guests to conjure up some happy memories at Silverburn this Halloween. Whether you are marvelling at the mysterious creature breaking out of our roof, casting spells at our cauldron or taking a ride on the ghost train at Spooktacular, there is a treat for everyone at Silverburn this year.”
