Ian Fergusson, Shepherd managing partner

HAVING been named Surveyor of the Year at The Scottish Mortgage Awards for the last three years, Shepherd Chartered Surveyors is now hoping to go for a fourth win in succession following its shortlisting in this year’s awards.

Shepherd managing partner Ian Fergusson said: “We’re delighted to be shortlisted once again for this prestigious award.

“This recognition is a testament to our hard-working team of surveyors and support staff throughout Scotland and although we are up against some very tough competition, I firmly believe that aiming for an unprecedented fourth win in succession in these awards is within our reach.”

Judged by independent and respectable experts, The 2022 Scottish Mortgage Awards celebrate the people, products and services that demonstrate excellence and originality within the Scottish intermediary mortgage market.

The awards reflect the broad make-up of the property market in Scotland with nominations submitted by industry professionals which are independently checked and verified.

Over 20,000 votes were cast in this year’s Scottish Mortgage Awards, making it the most competitive event to date. The winners will be announced on Thursday 9th June in Edinburgh.
