SAVILLS, acting on behalf of Macquarie Asset Management, has secured two retail occupiers on the corner of Princes Street and Hanover Street in Edinburgh. New leases have been agreed with market entrants Laser Clinics and Island Poke, whilst Office Shoes has also extended its lease by a further five years..
Laser Clinics, the laser, skin care and cosmetic treatment provider, has taken 1,542 sq ft at number 16 Hanover Street, whilst Island Poke, the healthy fast casual dining operator, has taken 1,665 sq ft at number 4 Hanover Street. Both occupiers have agreed to new 10-year leases for their first stores in Edinburgh.
The most recent activity on the block has also seen Office Shoes extend its lease by a further five years from October 2023 at 79 Princes Street.
