Technology recruitment specialist Head Resourcing, has expanded its service offering with a new dedicated Senior Appointments arm.

Established in 2001, the company now has over 50 employees across its four locations, and achieved a turnover of £48m last financial year. Head Resourcing provides its services to a range of industry sectors throughout Scotland and the UK, supporting and partnering with leading organisations to recruit top talent within IT, digital and business change.

The company is expanding its portfolio of recruitment services to create a specialist Senior Appointments division which will address the ever-increasing demand for exceptional technology leadership talent.

Head Resourcing is currently recruiting for a Principal Consultant to join the new division, which will be based in the companies Edinburgh headquarters.

Anna Knight, who will oversee the new Senior Appointments arm at Head Resourcing said: “Scotland is a fast-moving technology hub, and some businesses are growing at such a rate that often recruiting a senior team member requires identifying someone who has the specific skills and understanding not only to lead in the existing role capacity, but is also equipped to scale or transform the business quickly and react in response to market demands and technological advancement.”

“Our extensive knowledge of the sector allows us to work closely with companies to identify the skills and experience required within the leadership team, and ensure we find the ideal candidate.

“Appointing the right senior talent is critical for our clients. We are increasingly being asked to support the recruitment of executive level candidates across a range of sectors, so it was natural for us to create a ’business within a business’ to facilitate the needs of those existing clients, and to partner with companies we may not have worked with before.”
