SalesAgility scoops award for Best CRM Consultancy Firm at UK Enterprise Awards

OPEN source Customer Relationship Management (CRM) firm, SalesAgility, has been awarded the coveted ‘Best CRM Consultancy Firm 2020’ at this year’s UK Enterprise Awards.

Now in its 4th year, the UK Enterprise Awards recognise the very best of UK-based small and medium sized businesses showcasing outstanding dedication to customer service, alongside commitment to excellence and innovation.

Authors and maintainers of open source platform SuiteCRM, providing CRM solutions to suit organisations of all sizes, SalesAgility was awarded Best CRM Consultancy Firm due to its dedication to pioneering CRM and engaging its clients from SME’s to global enterprises.

In 2019, the firm reinforced its reputation for innovation within the industry following the launch of SuiteCRM:OnDemand, its new cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering, which has changed the way in which hosted CRM is priced and delivered.

SuiteCRM:OnDemand is a fresh take on the CRM structure, with clients saving money as they are billed based on usage and support needs versus the traditional per-server hosting package. It blends the ease, scalability and accessibility of traditional SaaS models with the control, flexibility and freedoms of open source.

The award comes at an exciting time for SalesAgility as it gears up to launch the latest version of its flagship product, SuiteCRM 8, in the coming months. SuiteCRM 8 will be the company’s largest launch to date and will deliver fundamental changes to the SuiteCRM user experience introducing new technology and core structure.

At 30 years old, Dale Murray took over as CEO of SalesAgility in 2017 and has led the company to great success, including a 25% increase in recurring revenue share in the financial year to date.

In 2013, SalesAgility launched its core open source CRM solution, SuiteCRM, and has since launched other key open source CRM offerings, including SuiteCRM:OnDemand, which has contributed to a 126% rise in SaaS revenue increase in this financial year to date and SuiteASSURED which has boomed in popularity with a 123% revenue increase within the same period. Its technology offers clients a crucial 360-degree view of their customer base, enabling them to understand customer habits and tailor marketing activity accordingly.
