The National Building & Construction Awards 2025 came to an exciting close on Friday 10 October at the prestigious Leonardo Royal Tower Bridge, London, as leaders from across the construction and built environment sector gathered for a glittering night of recognition and celebration.

The annual awards honour the very best in British building and construction, from innovative start-ups and specialist contractors to large firms delivering landmark projects. Withfinalists competing across 22 categories, the evening highlighted the innovation, resilience, and expertise that continue to drive the industry forward.

Overall winner was awarded to Foreman Homes
