Glasgow Airport has opened its state-of-the-art new Valet Hub yesterday (Wednesday, 3 December) following a significant investment.

The new Valet Hub will open on the footprint of the former multi-storey car park, which has been demolished to make way for this modern facility.

It will replace the popular existing Valet parking product in line with the growing passenger outlook at Glasgow airport.

Designed to deliver a seamless and premium experience for passengers, the Valet Hub will feature:

  • New entrances from the main road network for improved access
  • A new twin Vehicle Damage Recognition System (VDRS) taking images of vehicles on arrival.
  • Additional arrival lanes to make car drop off as seamless as possible
  • A dedicated Valet Hub building complete with self-service check in kiosks, secure key storage and state of the art key collection lockers with staff on hand to help.
  • Dedicated return spaces to pick up your vehicle following your trip

To support the growing popularity of Valet parking, Glasgow Airport has also created an additional 2,500 valet storage spaces within the long-stay car park, ensuring capacity for increased demand.

This new facility will be particularly convenient for passengers travelling on new long-haul routes launching next year, including United Airlines’ service to New York and WestJet’s flights to Toronto, as well as for the Tartan Army heading to the World Cup following Scotland’s qualification.

Ruth Cousin, Surface Access Director at AGS Airports, said: “Valet parking has become one of our most popular products, and this investment demonstrates our commitment to enhancing the customer experience. The new Valet Hub will provide passengers with a fast, convenient, and secure service, supported by cutting-edge technology and a dedicated team. We’re excited to deliver this premium facility in time for next year.”

Valet Parking remains available for stays of seven days or more and must be booked online. For the best deals, book direct via Valet Parking | Premium and Convenient | Glasgow Airport
