United Rentals UK Ltd are expanding its network of branches in the United Kingdom, as the team commences operations at its new branch located in Bathgate, Scotland.

The expansion north of the border promises to be a ‘game changer’ for the company, providing a reliable, sustainable and effective response service to its customers based in Scotland.

The West Lothian branch specialises in the rental of fluid and power solutions, including tanks, pumps, filtration, fluid support equipment and generators.

The Bathgate branch becomes the fourth location for United Rentals in the UK and the 38th in total across Europe.

The new facility provides modern office space for its operational and sales team together with a comprehensive workshop and yard for its inventory of fluid and power rental equipment.

The site provides over 8,000 sqm of land, which adequately accommodates its existing fleet and enables the growth and further expansion of its range of equipment in the coming years.

To date, the branch opening has created eight new jobs in the locality with more roles and vacancies anticipated in the coming months.

On Wednesday 9 October, the team will open its doors to the public for its ‘Official Opening Day’.

This is a great opportunity if you are interested in our rental portfolio to see live equipment demonstrations, accompanied by freshly made wood-fired pizza and hot drinks from our on-site Barista. If you are interested in this event, please register.
