About the Awards
The Best Managed Companies awards programme is an international initiative that assesses the quality of business management in areas such as strategy, capabilities, innovation, culture, commitment, governance, and finance.
Deloitte’s programme evaluates private businesses against four key pillars:
Strategy – A clearly defined, well-communicated strategy that aligns with internal strengths and market opportunities.
Culture and Commitment – A values-driven culture that supports leadership development, inclusivity, and long-term sustainability.
Capabilities and Innovation – A strong focus on execution, productivity, innovation, and talent acquisition to deliver strategic goals.
Governance and Financials – Effective use of KPIs, disciplined financial management, and robust governance structures.
Eligible companies must be privately owned, UK-based, and demonstrate superior performance over the past three years. The judges consistently praised Insights’ strong purpose-led approach, innovative use of technology, and commitment to its people.
