Travelodge is looking to fill 40 positions across its Scottish hotels in readiness for the Staycation


Travelodge, Scotland’s first budget hotel chain, which operates 43 hotels across Scotland, is looking to fill 40 positions across the country immediately. 

The hotel chain is gearing up for a busy summer across its estate of 582 UK hotels and these 40 positions are part of Travelodge’s UK nationwide summer recruitment drive to fill 680 jobs in England, Scotland and Wales.

Key hotel positions include Bar Café Team Member, House Keeping Team Member and Receptionist. Many of the roles offer full or part-time working.

Travelodge is also looking to expand its nationwide, in-house maintenance team and is looking for 19 Maintenance Engineers which includes two positions in Scotland. Travelodge is the only UK budget hotel chain that has invested in a bespoke dedicated in-house maintenance team of experts to support its hotels across the length and breadth of the UK. 

These full-time positions are field-based and involve carrying out a variety of maintenance related tasks at hotels across the UK.  Each Maintenance Engineer will be given their own network of hotels to service as well as a branded kitted-out vehicle to enable them to travel across their network of hotels and they will also receive a comprehensive personal package of branded uniform and high-quality tools.
