UK law firm TLT has appointed Karen Hunt as a legal director in Scotland as part of its long-term growth strategy in the region. She joins from Pinsent Masons and is based in Glasgow.

Karen has over 25 years’ experience in commercial property. She has worked on many high profile investment and development deals. She also has extensive experience in managing large-scale transactions and has acted in the asset management of significant portfolios for funds. 

Brian Armour, real estate partner at TLT, says: “Karen’s appointment is a continuation of our plan to grow the firm and our commercial real estate team in Scotland. Her technical skills and stand-out approach to client service will ensure that we are well-positioned to meet growing demand from our existing client base and win new tenders and panel appointments.
