THREE60 Energy, a leading provider of life cycle solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Jack as Projects Director within its Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) division. Richard brings over 30 years of energy industry experience, enhancing THREE60 Energy’s ability to deliver complex energy projects and portfolios with excellence.

A mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Strathclyde, Richard has specialized in senior project management roles throughout his career, ranging from capital greenfield projects to portfolios of brownfield modifications. Richard’s impressive career includes delivering projects across Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Hydrogen, and other Net Zero industries up to £100 million in value. Richard latterly held the role of Vice President of Major Projects for a global energy services contractor. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading THREE60 EPCC’s team in planning, executing, and delivering projects, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Additionally, THREE60’s EPCC division welcomes Dave Wallach as Business Services Manager. Dave brings valuable expertise in project controls and systems, having spent decades on global assignments with large multinational energy service organizations.

Effective August, THREE60 will be delivering EPCC services from the group’s established Glasgow office. Through the acquisition of Pryme Group in 2023, the group has a strong engineering heritage spanning over 40 years in Glasgow. The delivery of EPCC services from Glasgow opens up new opportunities to leverage the rich talent pool across central Scotland while enhancing the company’s ability to serve clients throughout the UK more effectively.

“I am delighted that we are able to attract such talented and experienced leaders to our organization,” said Alasdair Smith, Managing Director of THREE60 EPCC. “Both appointments demonstrate our commitment to enhancing our EPCC capabilities as we continue to deliver value-adding solutions to our customers. Richard and Dave join the team not only because of their extensive experience and knowledge but importantly because they are a natural fit with our strong customer-focused culture. Our team is excited to work with them. I am also thrilled that we have taken the strategic decision to deliver EPCC services from Glasgow and have the ability to meet future demands of new portfolios of work. The city of Glasgow has a rich history as a centre of engineering excellence and industrial innovation; we’re looking forward to continuing that tradition.”
