The HALO Urban Regeneration Company, developer of the innovative, multipurpose project planned for the site of the former Johnnie Walker bottling plant in Kilmarnock has appointed Fraser Morrison as its Commercial Director and In-house Legal Counsel.
Fraser joins The HALO from Scottish legal firm, Macdonald Henderson, where he has worked on the HALO project since 2016. As a qualified corporate and commercial solicitor, Fraser has a wealth of experience working with high-growth technology companies and investment syndicates on the legal and commercial aspects of investment. Fraser’s knowledge of commercialisation and the development of innovation and technology will prove particularly invaluable as The HALO develops its Enterprise and Innovation Hub.
Fraser’s expertise and abilities have been recognised by top legal guide ‘The Legal 500’ in which he has been awarded “Recommended Lawyer” status and he is known for the sensible and commercial approach he brings to legal matters and also the strong relationships he builds with clients.
