Set within approximately 6.8 acres, the estate also includes a further 4.13-acre parcel of land at nearby Mount Melville, enhancing the scope of the offering.
Located around 3.5 miles south-west of St Andrews, Craigtoun Manor enjoys a semi-rural setting next to The Craigtoun Course, part of the St Andrews Links Trust.
