Specialist employment lawyer Musab Hemsi has joined Anderson Strathern as a Director in the Scottish legal firm’s Employment Law team. He joins from law firm LexLeyton, where he spearheaded the Glasgow team advising across the food and drink, retail, energy, construction, and digital technology sectors. His former clients include Holland & Barrett, Trespass, and Cranswick.
Musab Hemsi, a University of Glasgow law graduate, is an accredited specialist in Employment Law with the Law Society of Scotland, and holds the Signet Accreditation in Employment Law. He is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association, and has been commended at the Scottish Legal Awards (Junior Solicitor of the Year) and at the Scottish Asian Business Awards (Professional of the Year). Hemsi is also the chairperson of the Scottish Discrimination Law Association, and a former guest lecturer on employment law and tribunal litigation at Glasgow Caledonian University.
