SHEPHERD Chartered Surveyors has completed a significant letting of prime retail space in Dundee to travel operator National Express.
Prominently located on Commercial Street, the premises comprise 6,300 sq ft over the ground floor and basement of a traditional A-listed tenement building, a short distance from High Street.
Gavin Russell, surveyor in Shepherd’s Dundee office said: “This letting has been the final phase in a successful portfolio renovation for our client, who has secured an excellent 10 year return and a commitment from an important occupier for the city centre.”
