Seed Haus, the Edinburgh based angel fund, has made three new investments from their latest fund.

The incoming startups operate in the LegalTech, PropTech, and on-demand vehicle sectors.

Probate Partner, founded by Mike Davis, is a LegalTech platform that is on a mission to bring transparency and customer-centric design to the estate administration process. The industry is ripe for technical innovation and the founding team are committed to supporting and empowering users during a difficult time.

Just Venue, is a venue booking platform that simplifies the experience for parties on both sides of the table when booking venue space. Founded by Dundee-based Jamie Shankland, the startup is live in 10 cities across the UK.

Handl, is an on-demand car service/maintenance startup, founded by Jonathan Knapper & Eddie Caldwell. The team recently won 1st place in the Volkswagen We competition at Web Summit.

Seed Haus’ founder and CEO, Calum Forsyth commented: “I’m delighted to welcome the incoming founders to the Seed Haus community. They each possess deep-domain expertise in their respective verticals and have the potential to build transformative businesses.”

The suite of investments follow the recent announcement that Seed Haus is expanding across Edinburgh and has secured space in the newly launched WeWork in Edinburgh.
