Leading law firm Scullion LAW, has formally launched its new Commercial Property service, strengthening its reputation as one of Scotland’s most trusted property law firms. The launch reflects the firm’s long-standing expertise and commitment to guiding businesses through major decisions.

Gemma Miller, Director and Head of Property at Scullion LAW, said:

“When a client comes to us, they know our only priority is to give them the very best legal advice. We cut through the jargon, explain things in plain English, and make sure they can move forward with complete confidence.”

With 24 years at Scullion LAW, Gemma has seen first-hand the risks that businesses face when entering the commercial property market. A badly-drafted lease, hidden liability in a contract, or a delay in negotiations can all have serious implications.

“For many business owners, this might be their first step into commercial property, and it can feel daunting,” Gemma adds. “I’ve seen how stressful it can be. But my message is always the same: you don’t have to do it alone. We’re here to guide you, protect you, and make sure there are no nasty surprises down the line.”

Growing Our Capacity

This new venture reflects the growth and diversification of Scullion LAW as a firm. Originally focused on Crime and Road Traffic Law, Scullion LAW has successfully established thriving Private Client, Property and Family Law teams. The launch of a dedicated Commercial Property service is another signal of the company’s ambition and ability to evolve.

For clients, this expansion means greater consistency and convenience. As Scullion LAW adds new services, the firm can support people and businesses more fully at every stage of their journey, building on its promise to be “your law firm for life.”

“The development of this service shows how far we’ve come as a business,” Gemma said. “We’re continually growing the capacity of the team, adding new expertise, and making sure our clients have access to the very best advice across more areas of law than ever before. It’s an exciting time for us, and for the clients we serve.”

A Team Led by Experience

Under Gemma’s leadership, the Property Team has grown into one of Scullion LAW’s greatest assets. The team combines long-standing expertise with fresh perspectives, including Farrah Ali, who recently celebrated a decade with the firm, and Conor Greenan, who qualified as a solicitor after completing his traineeship at Scullion LAW.

Local Knowledge Across the Central Belt

With offices in Hamilton, Glasgow and Edinburgh, Scullion LAW has unrivalled local knowledge of Scotland’s Central Belt. From Glasgow and Edinburgh to Lanarkshire and the Lothians, the team understands the distinct markets and challenges facing businesses across the region.

Scullion LAW’s Commercial Property service is now available to businesses across Scotland.
