SCOTTISH WATER has enlisted BPD Zenith for a six-year, £5.8 billion asset management transformation. The partnership aims to streamline operations, maximise asset performance, and enhance water and wastewater services across Scotland.

The publicly owned water supplier initiated a six-year investment program in 2021 to improve water infrastructure, aligning with governmental and regulatory expectations. With over 2,500 projects underway, Scottish Water focuses on quality improvement, environmental protection, and economic support.

BPD Zenith, with 30 years in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), will deploy its MaxiCloud solution, powered by IBM’s Maximo Application Suite. The tailored asset management solution intends to drive innovation, improve resource allocation, reduce downtime, and increase cost savings.
