SCOTTISH executive search firm MM Search is kicking off the start of the Six Nations with its new Future Leaders Forum and podcast with first guest rugby icon, David Sole OBE.
David Sole is well known both in rugby circles and business, having won 44 caps for Scotland and three caps for the successful 1989 British and Irish Lions. Highlights include winning a Grand Slam in 1990, made famous by his determined march onto the Murrayfield turf, in addition to leading Scotland to a semi-final of the Rugby World Cup in 1991.
As an experienced executive coach and a co-founder of The School for CEOs, a programme to support leaders as they transition into the CEO role by offering practical lessons for immediate use, David was a natural fit for MM Search’s launch of The Future Leaders Forum.
The Future Leaders Forum and podcast was developed with the upcoming trailblazer in mind, featuring guests from across the business, sport, and entertainment arenas. Born out of the success of its “Rules of Leadership” podcast and the MM Search Non-Executive Academy, MM Search was motivated to develop a Future Leaders Forum with an accompanying podcast that is purely focused on helping emerging talent.
The podcast series will see the Founding Managing Partners, Ken Morrice and Derek MacFeate, interview inspiring and engaging business leaders from a wide range of sectors handpicked to share their career experiences and inspirations.
