CREATIVES across Scotland are being offered an exciting opportunity to take part in a unique digital up-skilling programme custom-designed to focus on the skills, confidence, market awareness and networks required to drive their creative career forward in the digital space.
Delivered by Ironworks Venue and supported by the National Transition Training Fund, the LevelUp! Digital course will offer high-level, industry led digital training to participants who are 25 years old and over and resident in Scotland. At least half of the cohort will come from rural Scotland.
What sets LevelUp! Digital apart, is that it’s custom-designed and delivered by creative industry professionals, ensuring that content is as relevant as possible and built around the current and future needs of the industry.
Offering attendees sector specific training in areas including digital marketing, content production, online events, crowd economy models and much more, LevelUp! Digital will offer a bespoke programme of digital training, mentorship, networking opportunities, business development sessions, masterclasses anduniqueinsights from leading professionals.
The free course will involve 6 hours per week from participants and will be delivered as a highly immersive, fully online programme, to enable maximum flexibility around participants’ existing commitments and ensure geography is no barrier to access.
Existing freelance professionals, practitioners, sole traders, recent graduates and those looking to re-enter the sector are now invited to apply to take part in the digital up-skilling and re-skilling programme which will run for seven weeks from January 10th2022.

Digital has been specifically designed to offer meaningful skills development opportunities and a broader understanding of how these skills are being used across the industry. We’re particularly pleased to be producing the programme digitally, ensuring its fully accessible to attendees from all parts of Scotland.”

Registration opens onwww.levelup.scotat 9am on Monday 29thNovember and closes at 5pm on Monday December 13th. Successful applicants will be notified by Friday December 17thwhen induction packs and digital guide notes will be issued.
