THE Scottish Business Resilience Centre (SBRC) has appointed Kirstie Steele as Cyber Resilience Community Lead.

In this brand-new role, Kirstie will be responsible for developing a range of capacity building and engagement activities to help Scottish organisations become more cyber resilient.

Kirstie said: “I’m excited to join the SBRC team in this new role.

“As we become more reliant on digital technologies, cyber security is more important than ever. I’m looking forward to engaging with organisations to help them become more cyber resilient.”

Jude McCorry, SBRC ceo, added: “Kirstie brings with her a wealth of experience raising awareness of key cyber resilience practices and developing guidance to make Scotland a safer place to live and work. We are delighted to welcome her to the team and know she’ll make a tangible contribution to our work supporting organisations on their journey to cyber resilience.”
