International real estate advisor Savills has announced fourteen promotions across its Scottish business. The latest round includes a new Director, five Associate Directors and three Associates, alongside additional high‑performing team members. Together, they represent individuals across development, residential, rural & projects, UK investment, planning, and building & project consultancy.  This year’s promotions span Savills offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dumfries and Perth.

Nick Penny, Head of Savills in Scotland, said: “Savills is committed to supporting meaningful career progression and I’m delighted to congratulate all our colleagues on their promotions. Their dedication and professionalism underpin the strength of our Scottish business and highlight the depth of talent within our teams.

“All promotions reflect the continued growth and diversification of Savills across Scotland, where the business has expanded significantly in both scale and capability in recent years. Today, our Scottish operation delivers an increasingly diverse suite of consultancy services – from prime residential property and large-scale mixed-use development, to natural capital advisory and major infrastructure projects.
