International real estate advisor Savills has confirmed that Oakbank Trading Estate in Glasgow has reached full occupancy for the first time since 2019, following the successful letting of two units to TGK Logistics Scotland Ltd.

Acting on behalf of landlord Ribston, Savills brokered the deal which sees TGK Logistics take on Block 3 units two and three, measuring 911 sq ft and 915 sq ft respectively, on a three-year lease.

The latest agreement completes a strong run of activity at the estate, which began 2026 with four vacant units. Recent lettings to Majestic Tiles Ltd and National Brick Events Ltd have contributed to the site now being fully let.

Located just one mile north of Glasgow city centre, Oakbank Trading Estate benefits from a prominent position on the A81. Its proximity to junctions 16 and 17/18 of the M8 offers occupiers direct access to Scotland’s central belt and the wider UK motorway network, making it an attractive base for logistics and trade businesses.

TGK Logistics joins a roster of established tenants at the estate, including Wolseley and Plumbstore.

Jonathon Webster, associate director at Savills Scotland, said: “This is a great result for our client and the new occupier. The quality of the site is evident from the speed at which the units have let this year, and it is no surprise to see the estate now fully occupied.”

Oliver Graham, asset manager at Ribston, added: “Reaching full occupancy at Oakbank is a fantastic achievement, and a real testament to the estate’s quality and location. The pace at which we have been able to let four units in just a few months reflects strong occupier demand for well-connected industrial space close to Glasgow city centre.”
