HOUSEBUILDER Robertson Homes will build 114 new homes in south west Inverness after completing the acquisition of a ten-acre site in Torvean.
Construction of the three, four, five and six-bedroom homes on the site overlooking Kings Golf Course on Golf View Road is set to start later this month after the planning application was unanimously approved by the Highland Council Planning Committee.
Robertson Homes will contribute more than £650,000 towards strategic sports, transport, education and road infrastructure, including the West Link Road, in the Highland Council area as part of the development agreement.
