Gobal renewable energy developer BayWa r.e. UK Ltd is expanding its presence in Edinburgh moved to larger offices by securing a 5-year lease of the ground floor west suite (3,486 sq. ft.) at Prospect House in Edinburgh’s city centre.

Sara Dudgeon of CuthbertWhite acted on behalf of the Landlord, CBRE Global Investors, and comments “We are seeing significant growth in the renewable energy and tech sectors in Edinburgh.

“Many companies in this sector are experiencing rapid growth and therefore seeking additional short term space, in serviced offices.

“The accommodation in Prospect House provides a well-connected, city-centre location with efficient floorplates and straightforward space planning for BayWa’s two teams.”
