EDINBURGH-based, boutique property consultancy, Ellisons has strengthened its team with the addition of a new consultant, Nicki Sturzaker.

Ellisons was founded in February 2020 by Mark Coulter who wanted to bring a new proposition to the residential market, providing tailored packages to meet the needs of clients alongside a very responsive customer service offering.

Nicki brings a wealth of communications and customer service experience having worked for many property clients during her 20-year consultancy career in public relations. She has supported a variety of property businesses both in Scotland, London and internationally and has a clear understanding of the customer journey, the importance of the personal touch, as well as having the ambition to drive Ellisons forward alongside Mark and fellow consultant, Nicky Meikle.

Between 2015 and 2019, Nicki started two businesses from scratch in very different sectors and built them both into successful entities that she then sold and exited within four years. Her involvement in transforming Drylaw House in Edinburgh into a successful exclusive use venue resulted in her receiving a Highly Commended at the Institute of Directors, Director of the Year Awards in 2020.

Commenting on the new addition to the team, Mark Coulter, Director and Founder of Ellisons said: “Nicki is a highly ambitious and entrepreneurial individual; she brings new and complementary skills to the team, that will support us in our bold plans for growth over the next few years.”
