GALBRAITH, the leading independent property consultancy, has today announced the appointment of Kerry Harvey and Andrew MacLachlan who join the firm as Associate and Senior Surveyor respectively, both working in the growing Commercial Property Management team.

Based in the firm’s new headquarters on George Street, Edinburgh, Kerry will lead the commercial management team at Galbraith.

Kerry has a wealth of experience working for CBRE and prior to that for a private property company. She has also been involved in the banking and construction sectors in an asset management role.  

Andrew MacLachlan joins the firm with a strong background in property and asset management, both north and south of the border.

Kerry Harvey said: “We are really excited to be joining Galbraith which has an excellent reputation for its commercial services. Our focus will be on pro-active property management to meet our client’s specific goals for their portfolios.”

The Commercial Management team works closely across the wider business of Galbraith Commercial which offers investment management, acquisitions, agency and building consultancy advice across the spectrum of industrial, retail, leisure and office property.
