A heritable city centre retail and residential development opportunity is for sale at the forthcoming Acuitus auction with a guide price of £800,000.

THE property comprises an eight-storey red sandstone building at the junction of Argyle Street and Miller Street, sitting within the ‘Golden Z’ of Glasgow’s shopping district. There is planning consent for a development of a ground floor retail unit with Class 3 use, together with  21 one-bed flats on the upper seven floors

Mhairi Archibald of Acuitus comments: “The site at 50 Argyle Street is a prominent mixed use development that can offer substantial income from both the retail and residential elements”.

The Acuitus auction will take place on Thursday February 16th at 2pm and will be broadcast via livestream on the Acuitus website with bidding online, by telephone and by proxy.
