Established fully secured industrial location with good transport links

DM Hall, one of Scotland’s largest independent firms of chartered surveyors, is marketing an established and fully secured industrial yard and building site at 60 Hobden Street, Springburn, G21 4EQ, at offers over £1.25m.

After a short period of marketing, a Closing Date has been set for 12 noon on the 22 August 2024.

Instructed by FRP Advisory, the 4.9-acre site, just off Petershill Road and within half a mile of the M8 and a ten-minute drive from the city centre, comprises a single storey 4805 sq.ft. office / training centre and a single storey 7366 sq.ft. industrial/warehouse building.

Other occupiers in close proximity include City Building and SWGR Industrial Supplies, Carntyne Transport and Carrick Packaging.

Adjacent and surrounding the buildings are various yard and parking areas. Towards the rear of the buildings are tarmacadam surfaced yard areas and further yard space which is used for vehicle training purposes, this being partly unsurfaced and part core surfaced.

Jonathan McManus, a partner in DM Hall’s West Commercial Agency team who, together with his colleague, Claire Hutton, is overseeing the sale process, said: “This is an exceptional opportunity to acquire an established industrial site extending to 4.9 acres.

“Our clients are seeking offers over £1.25m for the purchase of the Heritable interest.”

Interested parties should contact Claire Hutton, 07876 541654, Claire.Hutton@dmhall.co.uk or Jonathan McManus, 07771 606582, Jonathan.McManus@dmhall.co.uk.

DM Hall has a network of offices across Scotland and in 2023 expanded into the North of England with the acquisition of Hyde Harrington, an established firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Carlisle and Kendal.
