Pinsent Masons has completed its relocation to new offices at the landmark Aurora development – underlining its long-term commitment to Glasgow and Scotland’s business community.
The international law firm has taken possession of more than 31,000 sq ft of Grade A office space at 120 Bothwell Street in the city’s business district, which will accommodate around 260 lawyers and support staff.
Aurora, owned by Forma Real Estate, is regarded as one of Scotland’s most sustainable office developments and the move represents a significant investment by Pinsent Masons, reflecting the firm’s continued confidence in the city as a major UK business and financial centre.
The building incorporates biophilic design principles alongside a wide range of occupier amenities including a 4,000 sq ft rooftop terrace, auditorium and town hall meeting space, flexible collaboration areas, a podcast studio, wellness and fitness facilities and enhanced cycling and changing facilities.

The move was delivered in partnership with Aurora’s development manager, HFD Property Group, a long-standing client of the firm which was central in facilitating the relocation.
