Two of Perthshire’s event businesses, Strathmore Event Services and Consilio Events, have announced an exciting collaboration to strengthen their event management services across the region and throughout Scotland.

This dynamic partnership has been built upon a foundation of trust, stemming from the long-standing relationship between the company directors, Ewen West and Claire Melville, as the two first crossed paths 15 years ago whilst working within Tayside Police.

Their shared background in policing has equipped them with a wealth of experience in legislation, health and safety, logistics, and VIP management, all critical aspects for delivering successful events.

Together, Claire, Ewen and the wider event team will be able to offer a comprehensive suite of event planning and management services including corporate conferences, incentive travel itineraries, large outdoor events and marquee weddings.

This strategic move aims to cater to the diverse needs of clients whilst leveraging expertise, networks, and resources to meet the growing demand for event services across Scotland.

Claire Melville, Director of Consilio Events, said: “This partnership represents a fantastic opportunity to expand our reach and create even more meaningful experiences for our clients.

“Ewen and I share a passion for excellence and I look forward to bringing my corporate event experience to the table.”

Ewen West, Director of Strathmore Event Services, added: “This collaboration allows us to bring together a diverse range of skills that can only benefit our clients.

“We’re excited to be joining forces with Consilo Events to expand and grow both of our businesses.”
