MURRAYSHALL Country Estate in Perthshire has made an exciting expansion to its guest activities this summer by introducing an extensive list of entertainment options for guests to enjoy during their stay.

Guests can enjoy dedicated quad biking trails, test their target skills with archery courses, or engage in the exciting challenge of axe throwing. Outdoor pursuits are based within Murrayshall’s new pursuits paddock, all now available to book for both overnight guests and local visitors seeking a day of outdoor fun.

The new pursuits complement the resort’s evergreen offerings, including a gatehouse spa offering a wide variety of relaxing treatments to wind down after an exhilarating day on the estate, and plenty of options to enjoy the 365-acre property with guided walks, bike rentals, or even fishing and paddle boarding on the River Tay.

For golf enthusiasts, Murrayshall has 27 holes across two idyllic American parkland style courses offering golfers the perfect combination of an enthralling layout through groves of pine trees, impeccable course conditions and stunning panoramic views.

A steady calendar of leisure events is available for guests, including a range of creative masterclasses allowing guests to try their hand at ceramics, calligraphy, and painting. An August wellness event alongside ishga skincare offers guests a yoga session and taster spa treatment. The estate is hosting a yoga retreat weekend in November following the success of an inaugural event in March, providing guests with a day of active relaxation available to book at https://www.murrayshall.co.uk/offers/yoga-retreat-weekend/.

Following days out on the property, Murrayshall has several dining venues to choose from, letting guests indulge in a hearty post-golf meal at The Cairns to modern fine dining at Eolas or afternoon tea in the Barossa Bar – providing an unparalleled selection of experiences for guests of all ages. Guests are also welcome to take their meals in the great outdoors, with luxury picnic hampers available to order filled with a feast of special treats from the kitchen and completed with fizz.
