IT recruitment specialist Parity has merged with Pertemps Network Group, becoming Parity Network, heralding a significant expansion into new markets. This move positions the Edinburgh-based business within a £1bn specialist recruitment network, opening avenues for increased investment and growth opportunities.

Rebranded as Parity Network, the nearly 50-year-old business, serving clients in the UK, Ireland, and various European countries, now integrates into a formidable recruitment organisation. Managed by long-term investor Pertemps Network Group, the merger marks a strategic move for Parity, allowing it to offer a broader range of solutions while maintaining its focus on both permanent and contract roles.

Izzy Brown, Managing Director of Parity Network, emphasises the transformation: “This move makes us part of a high-profile and successful recruitment organisation with the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded businesses focused on attracting the best talent.”

The strategic collaboration between Parity and Pertemps Network Group signifies the initiation of an “exciting new era,” as stated by Trevor Large, promising growth and increased capabilities for both organisations in the competitive IT recruitment landscape.
