Sky is giving customers VIP access and star treatment closer to home through the launch of the Sky VIP lounges at arenas across the UK, with OVO Hydro opening this weekend.

These exclusive lounges have already opened at Leeds’ first direct arena, Utilita Arena Birmingham, OVO Arena Wembley, The SSE Arena Belfast, and Co-op Live, Manchester, welcoming over 100k Sky customers so far.

Sky VIP finds new ways to thank their loyal customers, with exclusive rewards and experiences to choose from, all ready and waiting on the MySky app.

Sky customers who already have a ticket to a show at OVO Hydro can easily sign up on the app to visit the brand-new Sky VIP lounge on a first-come, first-served basis.

As one of the most prestigious spaces in the arena, the Sky VIP lounge will make guests feel extra-special.

The exclusive lounge boasts a number of benefits, including a dedicated entrance and customer check-in, plus a private area to relax with food and drink away from the crowds.

Customers can get everything they need before enjoying a show, including merchandise from their favourite acts.

Sky customers with tickets to a show at OVO Hydro can apply for lounge passes by heading to the Sky VIP section in the My Sky app.

Helen Kloepfer, Director of Sky VIP commented: “We’re thrilled to announce the new Sky VIP lounge at OVO Hydro, as part of the roll-out of the lounges at some of the biggest and best live entertainment venues across the UK.

“We look forward to welcoming Sky customers to the Sky VIP lounge to enjoy the VIP treatment.”

Ross Easton, Head of Commercial at OVO Hydro commented: “We’re delighted to introduce the Sky VIP Lounge to the OVO Hydro. Sky’s creation of a unique, cutting-edge space within our venue, highlights our shared values of innovation and excellence.

“This addition not only reinforces our ongoing investment in world-class facilities but also promises an unparalleled experience for our guests, further cementing the OVO Hydro’s status as a leading destination for entertainment.”
