SCOTLAND’S leading manufacturer of bespoke kitchen ranges, Optima Kitchens, has opened a new showroom in Stirling as it repositions itself in the market with a refined product offering.

Replacing the former Grangemouth location, the flagship showroom at Springkerse Trading Park offers greater convenience for customers.

As the brand repositions itself towards a premium, high-quality market, the new showroom enables customers to experience the craftsmanship and expert design that goes into every Optima kitchen. Individual consultations with Optima’s design teams ensure that customers receive a bespoke service and a kitchen tailored to their personal vision and style. With all kitchens manufactured in Scotland, lead times range from four to seven weeks, almost half that of other independent kitchen suppliers.

The showroom features a comprehensive selection of modern and traditional designs as well as a variety of worksurfaces in different colours and finishes. Customers can also purchase high-tech appliances from leading brands, such as Siemens, Neff, Bosch, Hotpoint, and Quooker.

Graeme Bell, Interiors Operations Director at Donaldson Group, said: “We are thrilled to be opening a new showroom in Stirling, which is ideally located for our trade and retail customers. With our strong reputation for trust and quality, customers will continue to benefit from our short lead times and high-quality product selection as we bring dream kitchens to life.”

Optima Kitchens is the kitchen retail brand for Smith and Frater, which was established in 1990 and has grown to become one of Scotland’s leading manufacturers of high-quality, bespoke kitchens for trade and retail customers. Part of the Donaldson Group since 2020, the team manufactures every kitchen in Scotland using the highest quality materials and cutting-edge technology.

Currently led by the sixth generation of Donaldson, the 163-year-old Donaldson Group comprises a total of 16 specialist timber and building product businesses and brands, operating throughout the UK.
