NORTHERN Trust is pleased to announce that they have acquired just over 20,000 sq ft of multi-let industrial units in the South Lanarkshire Town of Blantyre.
Whistleberry Industrial Estate comprises of 8 units contained within three terraces arranged around a central communal yard area.

Northern Trust, also recently announced that work, was well underway on the construction of the first phase of their new 28,413 sq ft industrial development at Turnhouse Court, Newbridge. On completion of this and following the latest acquisition Northern Trust’s Scottish portfolio will cover over 500,000 sq ft of commercial space in 12 locations, and circa 8 million sq ft across the UK.
Northern Trust’s portfolio in Scotland extends from Dumfries, northwards to Wishaw, Cumbernauld and Perth, and eastwards to Grangemouth, Livingston and the west of Edinburgh.
