A North-West firm has announced it is recruiting up to 30 legal minds in the next six months, as part of its continued expansion in Manchester.

Barings Law is hiring Solicitors, Paralegals, Administrators and Legal Support staff to work across the firm, which specialises in providing accessible representation for clients in areas such as financial mis-selling, data breaches, immigration, and more.

The new recruits will sit within the firm’s financial mis-selling department based on second floor at Cardinal House with Barings now occupying three floors within the building.

Speaking about the expansion, Craig Cooper, Managing Director at Barings Law called it an exciting time for the firm, which is also celebrating its 15th anniversary this year.

“For more than a decade, I’ve been honoured to lead Barings Law with an amazing team, and I’m excited to add up to 30 more skilled staff to that team,” Mr Cooper said.

“What makes this recruitment drive so special is that it will coincide with our 15-year anniversary. This will enable us to continue to grow and champion fairness, which is what matters to us.”

With a focus on technology, justice and a drive to tackle large scale class actions, the new staff will work to provide top quality legal representation and assistance to clients.

Mr Cooper added: “The world of law can seem intimidating from the outside, but here at Barings Law we care about knocking down legal hurdles to get our clients a fair outcome.

“Our core values at the firm include Passion; Integrity; Respect; Teamwork; Professionalism and Adaptability. Each of our new recruits will embody these values in their work as they progress throughout the firm.

“I am particularly passionate about fostering staff growth and look forward to working with the new hires and developing their skillset.

“I look forward to witnessing how these passionate new starters will help change the lives of our clients and those around them.

“As we expand our team, we’re reinforcing our commitment to providing accessible legal representation. Our new recruits will play a crucial role in championing fairness for our clients.”
