THE Cruden Group has appointed Shonagh Morgan to the role of sales manager for Cruden Homes (West).
Shonagh brings over 20 years of experience from the housebuilding and property industry having previously worked for housebuilders, Miller and Cala and property specialists, Savills and Knight Frank.
Her role will include helping to develop sales and marketing strategies and enhancing the customer experience.
Fraser Lynes, Cruden Homes managing director, said: “Bringing in experienced talent to the business underlines our expansion plans within the West of Scotland and Shonagh has already shown to be a great fit for the existing team.
“Over the last few months, despite the challenges brought by COVID, we are seeing a surge in demand for our new homes and our sales team will be key for bouncing back and refocusing our attention to growth.”
