LAW firm Dentons has appointed a new partner.
Brian Hutcheson will be based in the company’s Glasgow office and joins from Morton Fraser where he has been a partner since 2006.
Brian specialises in development work, investment sales and purchases, property finance and leasing arrangements across a range of sectors including retail, student housing, build to rent/multifamily, hotels, leisure and hospitality. He is also chair of the Investment Property Forum in Scotland.
Deepa Deb, head of Dentons’ UK Real Estate practice, said, “Brian is highly respected in the Scottish real estate market and we are delighted to welcome him to Dentons.
