MM SEARCH's new hires Ariana Kazeminia and Euan Bodie

MM Search, Scotland’s fastest-growing executive search firm, has expanded its team with the appointment of two new members of staff.

The firm has experienced rapid growth over the last 12 months and the Board are delighted to be growing the team in order to continue on this trajectory.

The first of the new joiners, Euan Bodie, will be taking on the role of Business Delivery Executive. A recent Marketing Management graduate from Edinburgh Napier University, Euan has also owned and run his own business and is eager to bring his expertise to this new position.

Ariana Kazeminia is joining the team as a Business Delivery & Marketing Executive. Having recently graduated in Human Resource Management from the University of Stirling, Ariana has a number of transferable skills that she will bring to the role and is looking forward to working with the team.

MM Search Founding Managing Partner, Ken Morrice says, “It’s a very exciting time to be joining MM Search and we’re pleased to be welcoming Euan and Ariana to the team. Although the last year and a half certainly hasn’t been without challenges, we have continued to expand and develop.”

Derek MacFeate, Founding Managing Partner says, “While we are growing at pace, we remain true to our original goals of disrupting the executive search industry while focusing on a consultative and collaborative approach to placing candidates in senior and board-level roles.”

These exciting appointments are the latest in a number of dynamic developments for MM Search. Earlier this month saw the launch of the firm’s Rules of Leadership podcast, a series that interviews inspiring and engaging business leaders across a wide range of sectors. Current episodes feature guests such as Tony Stanger, Scotland rugby hero turned Talent and Coaching Expert, and Caroline McKenna, CEO and Founder of Social Good Connect.

In addition, April marked the launch of MM Search’s Executive Intern Programme in collaboration with the Saltire Scholar internship programme. Summer 2021 will see two paid interns join the MM Search team in order to gain valuable insight into the industry and experience life as part of a fast-paced business.
