A mixed-use business park in Glasgow has been bought from Jobs & Business Glasgow, the Glasgow City Council Arm’s Length External Organisation delivering economic development activity on behalf of the city.

Beech House has been bought by W.G.M. Engineering for £315,000 and Clifford Court has been bought by Buccleuch Property Group for £875,000.

Beech House and Clifford Court, situated within the well-established Ibrox Business Park, south west of Glasgow city centre, provide a 15,890 sq ft of fully let office and industrial accommodation situated in Ibrox Business Park and comprise six individual units let to four separate tenants.

Shepherd Managing Partner Steve Barnett who handled the deal said: “We are delighted to conclude these deals which, within the current economic climate, confirm confidence in the market for attractive investment opportunities in the right locations.

“Given the lack of high yielding modern investment stock currently within Scotland’s west coast investment market, levels of interest were strong during the marketing campaign.”
