Miller Homes is bolstering its presence in Paisley with the launch of its newest development, Thornly Park, set to launch this weekend. Located on the edge of Gleniffer Braes Country Park, this highly anticipated community will offer a variety of three, four, and five-bedroom family homes.

The new development will comprise 167 private, energy-efficient homes and 12 low-cost home ownership homes. Prospective buyers can pre-reserve their homes online starting at 9am on Saturday 27 July.

Following the success of Miller Homes’ Hawkhead development, which will be completed later this year, Thornly Park aims to meet the growing demand for new homes in Paisley. The town has become increasingly popular among house hunters due to its excellent connectivity, vibrant food and drink scene, rich entertainment options, and ample outdoor activities, making it an ideal location for families.

Thornly Park will cater to families of all sizes and stages with a mix of terrace, detached, semi-detached, and townhouse styles.

Louise Caldwell, Sales Director for Miller Homes Scotland West, commented: “We’ve been building in Renfrewshire for over 15 years, and the town’s popularity has continued to grow. Thornly Park will introduce an exciting new neighbourhood of family homes to Paisley. Due to the unique setting and exceptional transport links, we have seen a high level of interest in this development. We encourage prospective buyers to register their interest early to avoid disappointment. We look forward to welcoming our new residents early next year.”

Set on the edge of Gleniffer Braes, this development is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling. Additionally, two local golf courses are just a stone’s throw away, making Thornly Park an ideal place to call home.

Families will also appreciate the excellent educational facilities in the area, with Lochfield Primary School, St Charles RC Primary School, St Andrew’s Academy, and Gleniffer High School all within the catchment area.
