MHA Henderson Loggie has appointed Kimberley Thomson as Tax Partner in its Dundee office. She joins from her position as Tax Director with EY and has over 20 years of experience working for the Big 4.
Kimberley has extensive corporate tax advisory experience and considerable expertise in advising multinational businesses on the UK tax rules and assisting businesses who are expanding into overseas jurisdictions.
Diane Wright has taken up the role of Senior Tax Manager in the accountancy firm’s Edinburgh office. Diane has over ten years of experience in the Big 4 and has also spent nearly a decade working within an in-house tax team at Cairn Energy. Diane has extensive experience dealing with complex tax compliance and also expertise in employment related securities, including Enterprise Management Incentives, and investor reliefs.
