DUNDEE-based marketing and communications agency, DLR Media, has secured a six figure investment allowing it to take on more staff and scale up its operations.

The company, which was established by managing director, Daniel Rosie, in 2019, specialises in social media and digital marketing management for clients in a range of industries.

The investment has been made by Carrick Management, a management consultancy based in Dundee.

The investment will include financial and hands-on growth support and will see Harry MacLean, Carrick Management managing director, join the board of DLR Media as commercial director.

Daniel Rosie, said: “Carrick Management has given the DLR Media team excellent support since November 2019 and this new investment will really help us accelerate our growth throughout 2020 and beyond.”

“We anticipate employing a further 2 staff straight away and look continue to add to the team throughout 2020, most of which will be based in our Dundee head office.

“We have ambitious growth plans for 2020 with a range of new office locations on the horizon.”

Harry MacLean , added: “We were impressed with the team and the vision for scaling up, and have been very happy to support their growth.

“We’re looking forward to continuing our relationship and seeing the company go from strength to strength in the future.”
