Lovell is anticipating increased public sector demand in Scotland from the SCAPE Framework

LOVELL are set for a key role in delivering social and public sector housing in Scotland after their parent company, Morgan Sindall Construction, was successful in continuing as a partner on a £5bn procurement framework.

The company are anticipating increased demand for its high-quality housing in Scotland with Morgan Sindall the only successful contractor on the Scottish SCAPE framework with a current partnership housing division.

“In recent years we have worked with partners in the public and third sector across Scotland.  As the only contractor on the Scottish SCAPE framework with a housing division, we hope to significantly grow our activity in Scotland to help meet government targets for affordable homes.”

Senior Business Manager for SCAPE Scotland, Lillian McDowall said: “Delivering high-quality projects, while working collaboratively to achieve sustainable communities is something our new frameworks are designed to do and we look forward to working with Lovell to help the Scottish Government achieve their ambitious housing targets.
