Livingston Designer Outlet has today announced a major expansion and refit for Calvin Klein, the latest globally renowned designer brand to reinvest in the centre.

Calvin Klein has been a standout store for both its performance and presence since its arrival in 2002, the renewal and upsize underscores a mutual commitment to the long-standing relationship and success, also signalling strong brand confidence and stability.

Located at the main entrance, adjacent to Tommy Hilfiger, the new strategic positioning of Calvin Klein highlights Livingston Designer Outlet’s ongoing commitment to enhance its customer experience through its premium brand offering.

The new store size is almost 6,500 sq. ft, which is more than double its previous floorspace. With increased space, broader visual merchandising opportunities and a prime location, Calvin Klein anticipates even higher footfall numbers and increased dwell time from its loyal shoppers.

Global Mutual, asset manager of Livingston Designer Outlet since 2023, has spent the last two years consolidating its retail strategy to strengthen the centre’s brand positioning across Scotland and beyond. Having recently secured new, upsized leases with global brands including The North Face, Le Creuset and Lacoste, this investment is expected to attract premium international brands to further strengthen Livingston Designer Outlet’s position as Scotland’s go-to premier outlet destination.

Nicky Lovell, Head of Retail at Global Mutual, commented: “This investment marks a pivotal milestone in our vision for Livingston Designer Outlet — placing Calvin Klein front and centre alongside Tommy Hilfiger not only elevates our brand mix, but signals our commitment to creating a premium, future-ready retail destination that delivers for both brands and customers alike.”
