National commercial property and investment company LCP has made two promotions in its Scotland office.
The Board of Directors has appointed Roddy Proudfoot as associate director industrial (head of office), with Dermit Smith being promoted to associate director retail.

LCP has made a raft of promotions across the business. Howard Roddis in the Millbank, London, office is now director (landlord and tenant strategy), with Ed Tuckett being promoted to associate director. In its headquarters in Pensnett, West Midlands, Mark Binner and Jason Goss, head of estates, Pensnett, are associate directors, with Rakesh Joshi and Simon Eatough being promoted to senior asset managers. Martin Wade has been promoted to asset manager.
