Gilson Gray has been officially recognised as the fastest-growing law firm in the UK, according to the latest UK Fast Growth Index. The full-service firm ranked as the 15th fastest-growing professional services business overall, securing the highest position of any legal sector organisation.
Gilson Gray reported revenues of more than £32 million for its 2023-2024 financial year. Between 2024 and 2025, the firm has delivered £40 million of turnover (a 25% year on year increase), and based on the first half of the 2025-26 financial year, expectation is to break £50 million in revenue (a further 20% growth year on year), consolidating the law firm’s position as a leading light in UK legal sector growth.
The achievement follows a string of significant industry accolades, including Law Firm of the Year at The Herald Law Awards of Scotland 2025, Leading Firm – Legal 500, managing partner of the year, shortlisted CEO of the year and several more.
The firm’s momentum is being fuelled by a series of strategic senior appointments across its London and Lincoln offices. Recent hires include Jeremy Davy, who joined as partner and head of residential conveyancing for England and Wales, and Steven Eckett, who becomes head of employment for England.
